At Smart Housing, we think it’s important that you use our services and try us out before committing to paying anything up front, which is why we came up a pricing structure that makes it easy and simple to use our property management tool.
$0 Service Charge/Sign-up Fee
Seriously, there’s no catch. Try us out, see if you like what we’ve created and setup your properties in our system. We only charge when transaction are made on the site. No transactions, no payments.
Only $1 For Every $300
This payment applies to any online payment transactions. Pretty simple, you have a tenant whose rent is $900 and they’ve decided to start paying you online. You’re only charged $3 for every monthly transaction.
All Other Services are Free!
Again, we know it sounds crazy; but we invite you to use all of our other services free of charge.
